The Good News

I finally get to sing happy songs

Never felt so alive and strong

Knew you were coming home all along

I'm so happy, nothing could ever be wrong

Can't wait 'till you come home

All those days over the phone

Hearing your voice not seeing your soul

Now you've filled up an empty hole

'Cause I was like a shoe without a sole

And North without pole

But now I have the good news

That only come to the few

Happy to hear the truth

And now I'm going to see you

again

My best friend

You were sent

From heaven

Out of the lions den

Happy in the end
