good night

the lonely lamp post in the night that casts my shadow long and dark. you are a memory, and so am i, and once we waltzed far from the borderlines. it is sad that we have died. electric touch is not enough to hold the thunder in and down. what was rumbling now decays, soft leaves melt into mycelium spines. it is sad that we have died. everyday your colour drains, and you get lighter, lighter, lighter one day you will fade away and i will live again. but even now, i am strong enough to shake you off to breathe and laugh, and i can say good night.
