This Is Goodbye

I hate most of all my eyes

They show me through my disguise

They always reveal my tears

Along with my deepest fears

They make it impossible to hide

What I am on the inside

No one will let me be

They won't accept the real me

So why should I even try

It makes it harder to say goodbye

I don't want them to worry

But I'm leaving in a hurry

I can't face each and everyeday

I have to find my own way

I'll keep my secrets close to heart

From you I feel miles apart

I hope you won't forget

These last days weren't full of regret
