Goodbye

I feel abandoned, like a broken home

Verbally abusive, haunting tone

Money is the only road to happiness,

What can I say, because of you,

I am a mess

To others, I shall not break

Piece me together, and I’ll stay made

Forever and ever leave me to cry

Smile through the tears, I cannot deny

Pull my strings and make me your puppet

Blow the whistle and make me your trumpet

I’m used to being used

It’s not your hobby,

it’s just a muse

Trying to stand on my two feet

Fate has yet to meet

Let me die I say

Burning under the moonlight,

to you it’s day

I sit here alone, crying out loud.

In silence, my deepest secrets are out.

No one believes me

No one to care

Truth be told,

You’re my worst nightmare

Now give me some peace, I beg of you

Stay the same, stay true.

Provide for someone who matters

Don’t be the reason why another one shatters

I’m saying goodbye forever with love

Believe me, I know its tough

I’ll learn to live without a soul

Tortured body, painted with coal
