Goodbye

I left you,
I left many people
in the dirt, on the ground, and from my heart
You all, are gone

The times I have spent to forget your smile
to forget the memories running on loop in my head
Can I turn back the clock of time and erase this mistake
I want to forget your broken smile
Pills by the many do not erase you from my mind
this I learned from you

Emptiness, is what I crave
As time would pass I would lose your name, your colors, and your dreams
You are now but a blank torn up page in my book of life
I am numb to the forgin feelings of love

A blurry figure calls my name
I turn
regretfully my lips slip the poison of words
Who are you
I turn for the last time facing an empty road and run.
