goodbye dad
YAY dad is coming home
He is crossing the sea
No more leaving for a week
I’m so excited to see daddy
HE IS HOME!
Off to the carnival we go
We had such a great time together
Singing and laughing as one
Big happy family
Then we got home..
Ran to our room after hearing screams
Opened the door to see whips
Not physically but mentally
Dads bags are packed; mommy is crying
I thought he wasn’t leaving for a week
“Please Do Not Leave Us!!!!!!”
I watched my dad grab his bags and walk
I didn’t understand what was going on
Until one week later i got a letter that read:
“ Mommy and Daddy are no more ”
