Goodness of Adoption

TraiMoney in the house yall

I used to think there was no such thing as hope

Then I was depressed and just couldn't cope

returned twice to my biological parent's abusive way

But this isn't all I have to say

I got adopted at the age of six

A new family was a bag of tricks

Living with them was a really big struggle

Because we've been through more than one trouble

Now I've been living with them for 10 years

I've conquered all of my fears

I have had so many prayers

Then I feel like everybody cares

They care about everything I do

Ya yall better believe it's true

Getting disciplined was a brand new seed

Then they give me everything I need

I love them with all my heart

They were the best brand new start
