Goodnight

Sleep begs you to succumb to its pull.

You give in.

Sleep

Yes, sleep and dream.

Of everything you wish to be.

Of every perfect moment.

Of every happy feeling.

Me.

Dream of us as it all turns to nightmares.

The memories that scar your sorry life.

Gone are the daydreams, replaced by

pain.

You shriek in your tormented sleep.

Goodnightmares.
