Goodnight.

Tired, I am, from head to toe,

My eyes are heavy, my mind slow

I feel so lost with all my thoughts.

It’s a cycle that repeats time and again.

I wonder how long I must run this race

My lungs feel frail, and my legs weak

I fight to stay and play the game

But in my head, I’ve lost the war

Who is this imposter that dares to be me?

I desperately plead to stop these thoughts.

I swear it feels like nothing is ever enough.
