Gorgonzola

A pecorino, however hard it tries,
Will always be grated.
Does the pecorino make you shiver?
does it?

I cannot help but stop and look at the italian pancetta.
Does the pancetta make you shiver?
does it?

I cannot help but stop and look at the wooly prosciutto.
Down, down, down into the darkness of the prosciutto,
Gently it goes - the woolly, the woolly-headed, the hairy.
