Got to Keep Writing

GOT to keep writing Keeping me from insanity When I want to do is break down –cry When im broken down to the point of no return When I feel like Iam helpless When I have nothing else to loss I GOT to keep writing I stick this pen to the paper Its key to this jail sell It frees me – my innermost being With every stroke of the pencil With every crinkling of paper Like a bird, beginning to take flight. I AM liberated – from the chaos surrounding me I GOT to keep writing Iam free to be me Going UNJUDGED , I can say what ever the hell I want to say Like when a sprinter takes off in a track met Its that rush of adrenaline It keeps me going Its what gets me through my treacherous days And my dreadful nights I GOT to keep writing Its my one true love I know it’ll never do me any harm I AM true to it as it is true to me It knows my inner most thoughts and inner most desires It’s a friend when I don’t have one I GOT keep writing See writing keeps the hope alive within me Its what pushes me to Keep going Its what liberates my mind It frees me I GOT to keep writing
