Government Confusion

What's the point of food for thought when there's no money for food? Think they're better than us when really they are the fool Doing the wrong things because we're convinced it's cool Sick of being institutionalized Too much manipulation and lies I already know that by, the near future it will be alright That negative thoughts will leave our mind Can't you see the signs? We are on the rise Look at the process, we gotta respect it We just have to see it from a different perspective With certain choices, we'll have to be selective Be aware of who we vote for and who gets elected See how our lifestyles and mindsets get affected We keep making proposals and they keep getting rejected But eventually we'll have to expect it I'm hoping for this system to get corrected
