Grace

Tue, 12/10/2013 - 18:48 -- Tarny
Grace,
Very prim and proper.
Always questioning who you really are.
Did you live for yourself?
Did you live for your parents?
Or did you live in order to be popular?
Eventually, my love, you embraced your true self.
Your perchant for shoplifting and occasional drugular activity,
never came between us.
Death did.
You represent everything I despise in the world.
Don't grow up Gracie, it's shit.
A vintage ballet dancer with such innocence.
So elegant you were yet such horror I am.
Calammitous, metal music is my only companion.
Your hazel, pinned back afro hair.
Your words, so wise, such meaning.
"You need to stop running; or you're never really living at all".
Shades of wine.
Love keeps dancing through my mind.
No, I can't escape this time.
Yesterday, love was just a word to say.
Overnight, a holiday.
I, Richard Hardbeck, has, have ,and always will love you.
Farewell, Grace Blood.
