Graduation
College is approaching near,
All my family smile and say, “I’ll miss you dear.”
On that day coming in May,
My High School life will vapor away.
As I walk out with the biggest grin,
Standing side by side with my twin.
Scanning the faces for the ones I love,
Praying to the God up above.
My stomach is flying high,
All the way to touch the sky.
Fear and nerves all shown on my face,
If I fall I hope it is with grace.
With it all drawing near,
I can hear everyone cheer.
As we all start going our separate ways,
One last person shouts hooray!
