Graduation

Getting up at 6:45 sharp with Adele in my ears

Readying, reminiscing, refocusing in an endless cycle

A euphoria like no other, amongst family friends, sisters and brothers

Deafening screams, endless tears, banners, whistles, noise makers, and speeches all for these 13 years

Until this moment one could never know the meaning of, "Hard work pays off."

All the deadlines, projects, seminars, games performances, now have a physical cost

This new level unlocked the sequel to the story that just begun

In this war we call life we will remain soldiers until we have proclaimed we won

On the instance you hear "Congratulations, you may turn your tassels to the left."

Now know that from childhood you have taken your final breath
