Graduation

the time has come when the
tears come down and the caps go up.
When we all come together for that last hug,
and that last kiss is unforgettable.
When the halls are quite
and the parking lot is empty.
When your high school crush smiles…
and the one you fought waves
and you’ll say, "Why did we fight"?
As we try walking around our last day
trying not to cry.
Remember all the good memories we all shared,
the blue and gold games,
the Homecoming Dance and Prom!
For we will leave and the rest shall stay…
we will be missed…
As we take our next step try not to lose touch,
for we have come far from the guidance and support of our teachers…
be sure to stay on the right path.
Don’t take any wrong turns …
for we have come far cause this is our graduation class of 2013…
