To Grandpa Gary

I printed this out to go on my grandpa's casket during his funeral, even though I never really got to see him that often anyway before he died

Sometimes in life,

There is death,

And sometimes in life,

Life can turn into a tragedy,

But within this grief,

There is happiness and hope,

For there’s a better place

For our lost and loved ones,

Sometimes in life,

Tragedy can strike,

And darkness can appear,

But in this tough time,

The suffering has ended,

And the pain has gone,

Grandpa Gary,

We’ll miss you a lot,

And we love you so much,

And we’re only saying,

“Goodbye for now”,

Because we’ll see you again someday,

And grandpa,

We love you and miss you,

And you’ll be in our hearts forever

Until we meet again someday in Heaven.
