For granted giver

How can someone

So small, so kind

Be taken so for granted?

They did no harm,

But lost the time

And now have nothing left

A smile was there,

Though they were in pain,

Always made someone feel better

And if you had asked

The were all in vain

Even when nothing was left

Ask now

But you will get no reply

From the ghost of the giver

But if you look closely,

You might see a light

That was used to make others happy

Away, it was stolen

By the people, so rough

Not even seeing their harm

So think of all the things

That could be enough

If others would open their eyes
