Grass

Long centipede grass

Bent double with dewy weight

Ripples slightly from mountain winds

Glistens from the sunrise

Bare feet collect the dew

Refreshingly cold

Deposit it onto new grass

On new mountains

In new dawns

Facing new days

Long centipede grass

Bent double with dewy weight

Calls more moments

And bare toes
