(G)rateful to no longer be subjected to segregation, blessed to benefit from (R)acial integration (A)frican American civil rights movement promoted equality (T)hankful for the sacrifices that were made on principle which helped me to define my identity (E)quality in education was part of the foundation of the fight (F)orever indebted for those that loss their lives so that I now can shine my light (U)nwavering commitment to paying homage to those who wanted to right the wrong (L)ittle Rock Nine were some who paved the way and I plan to finish the race strong
