Gratitude

I found my comfort in you long ago

You were my outlet, I confided in you

You were there for every tear, every heartache, every disappointment and most importantly... every triumph

You know me better than anyone else

When nights were filled with anger and regret you were there

You held me down!

Because of you look where I am today

Because of you I can look back and say you did that

Thank you for being you and never changing

Thank you for being there when I needed you the most

You made me climax without an inch of sex

I appreciate you

Thank you pen

Thank you paper

Thank you poetry
