Gravity
Sometimes I have prophetic dreams
Where I see something before it happens
Exactly the way it is, no surprises
I like it that way
But when I look at you I truly see the future It's abstract and unclear But I like it that way
When I look at you The world warps around your smiling face A fixed point in the terrifying unknown It's a constant comfort
When I look at you The world seems to stand still Until I feel it spinning faster and faster Its speed and inertia drawing me towards you
When I look at you Nothing actually changes It's all in my mind And I like it that way
But when I look at you I truly see the future It's abstract and unclear But I like it that way
When I look at you The world warps around your smiling face A fixed point in the terrifying unknown It's a constant comfort
When I look at you The world seems to stand still Until I feel it spinning faster and faster Its speed and inertia drawing me towards you
When I look at you Nothing actually changes It's all in my mind And I like it that way
