Gravity binds each of us,

Gravity binds each of us, this world tethers our feet to the groud,

Restraining most to life at a solid pace.

But there are those few among us, who see the wide open air,

And seek to fill the un-occupied space.

Built as a unit, covering weakness with combined strength, a single body and mind,

Pulsing in sync to a shared goal,

Chanting numbers, counting down as a whole.

Bodies twist together, supporting flight,

Through straining muscles and beads of sweat.

Lift off to meet the rushing wind and adreneline

Sure to fall upon strong arms again.
