gravity/god

if it were up to me, i’d cut off your head

and put it in my pocket

and I’d breathe in your thoughts whenever i please

and peel off your skin with my teeth

i’d bite a void into your neck

and funnel into where we churn

lung on lung on hair on sweat

into the pool where i swam as a kid

before we even met

before the nipple laden lamp shade

before you are the light of my life

if it were up to me, I’d stay home all day

and dance naked just bcuz

and smoke marlboro reds
