"Great"

"Make America Great Again"

The words spoken by our infamous leader

This is His America

With bombs and threats,

Insults and cat calls

Racism, sexism, ageism

Fascism and imperialism

We are indeed reverting back to what we once were

Authoritarian pigs, feeding off others

Denying anyone who isn't us

Even people who are

Even people of color

Of female gender

Of homosexual preference

Denying anyone who isn't "us"

White

Male

Straight

"Dominant"

We cannot deny that America is certainly becoming

something again

But is that what we strive for?

Is that who we want to be?

Do we want to oblierate all progress made and go back to being

"Great"
