The Great Dragon

There once was a great dragon who was green

This dragon really liked to lean

But his favorite thing of all

Was that he was really tall

One day the dragon went to town

And he wore a great frown

All his friends asked him what was wrong

But he said nothing and walked on, his face very long

They watched him walk away

With great dismay

He entered the candy store

through the front door

after awhile

he came out with a bag and a great smile

in his bag was lolipop

I am very happy now he said as he sat down with a flop

once I was sad

but now I am glad

I had no candy, but now I do and all is dandy

having a candy store is quite handy

with that the dragon left town

with no more frown
