The Greatest Generation

Inspiration, dedication, and perspiration Work together to create true success Yet this generation thrives off of Affiliation and fornication Do you really thing you can reach graduation Without coming to the realization That you need a good education To reach a great destination We need the motivation To engage in participation And stop acting like abominations We need this communication So that we can shake our nation Can we show the world that we’re a new creation Putting forth the effort to make a difference in our generation Not for another’s appreciation But for the application of the word And the anticipation and expectation For something greater I’m tired of condemnation I’m ready for exaltation You see us? We have a great imagination But we’re too bust searching for our true identification But little do we know it’s in every respiration We just have to stand up and show the world that we are The greatest generation
