Green Eyes

The way your eyes

Shimmer in the sunlight

Those green irises shine bright

But i wonder what they look like

During the night

Staring right back into mine

I wonder

What those eyes might look like

When we are in a fight

Glaring back at me

Or would you look at me

All doe eyed

How would those eyes look

When we make love

Would they fill with content

and tear up

Would they look at me with hope and certainty

Will they see me 100%

Or maybe would it be all of the above
