greenhouses are relative

growth is a greenhouse.

--

sometimes growth means being a plastic plant,

no roots in sight

no relatively good nights

no progress.

still here for something,

for some reason.

--

sometimes growth means being a daisy,

allowance of innocence

a positive outlook

no negativity around.

--

sometimes growth means becoming a rose,

after realizing what it meant

to be broken down

but seeing the bigger picture.

which is both plastic,

and positive

all at once.

--

growth means

facing adversity.

even if it’s in your own head.

--

because:

life wanted you to feel.

everything.

and who’s to say

greenhouses

need to have limits.
