Grey Hairs

My hair would grow straight out in different directions.

Thick dark brown sometimes a touch of gold in the sun.

She knew it was time to get it cut especially when I would twist it in knots.

Speaking of hair what color should I get next she asked.

Light to dark blonde.

Wine and lilac red, it’s been before.

A natural blonde, grey now taking over. Money on me this whole time to keep me cleaned up.

Only grey hairs in return.
