Grey Skies

No matter where I look

Or what I do,

There is always a constant

Darkness and

Loneliness

That hangs around me.

Once in a while there is a

Faint trace of warm light;

The memories you left me with replaying in my mind.

Without you my

Future,

As well as the

Present looks

Bleak.

But my journey will continue.

For I will try to find another

Gleam

That hopefully may manage to

Tint my grey skies.

Although they will

Never

Compare

To the bright sun

You once were.
