Grin and Bear It

The grasp on her is tight

Suffocating her sanity

Hands numb

Heart still beating

Her mind? Filled with demons

Flooding her veins with tortuous thoughts

She silently screams, but no one hears

For her smile...

Hides it all behind her hidden tears
