Grow out FROM the Box

It's so hard to thrive in a world

where people put

you

in a box

Not all "you"s are the same

In fact we don't even share the same name

We all want different things

We get funneled through a systems

of checkpoints,

goals met,

and a seal of approval

Structure isn't bad

It gives us support

But if we all grow in the same structure

We end up as the same product

We need flexibility to shape our future

our way.
