Growing Up

Unlike most families, my childhood was tough

My oldest brother got none of the luck

Seeing him struggle

Without a glimmer of hope

Provided me with the internal fight, worse than most

We were inseperable

Two peas in a pod

But his diagnosis didn't care at all

Sometimes his mind liked to wonder

Through a sea of endless sky reflecting aganst the ocean blue

How I wish I could of helped you
