Growing Apart

I love you

Could this be true?

And you love me

But are we actually meant to be?

Holding on by a thread

Trying to prevent what is ahead

Wishing you could be the one

But seeing that it can't be done

Making moving on the only way

Which is why I dread the day

Because now we have to grow apart

For we have already in the heart
