Growing Grey

No one really knows what growing up is like until they’ve done it.

No one tells you that even though the moon still follows your car, you won't ever feel it’s light hitting you the same.

No one tells you that one day you’re mom will become more than just your mom one day, she will become a human, who makes mistakes just like rest.

No one will tell you that loneliness is sometimes worse than death, or that art will never be the same

But, even though you might never see feel the moon’s light with those eyes of wonder again, you will now love it for different reasons like how they shine off your lovers eyes.

Or, even though your mom will become just like everyone else, she will forever remain the same because if it weren't for all those little things, good or bad, you would have never been who you are today.

And, loneliness is a storm we all learn to endure as there is no better way to find yourself than to be alone with your mind.

And art will no longer be art, but a way of life. Create yourself, your life is your work of art.
