Growing Strong

A Lion, brave and strong A Lion, content to think it is never wrong. A Lion, crushed the Squid, While the Wolf, Stag, and Fish all hid. A Lion, reigning over all A Lion, unaware of the Rose growing tall, Yelped as it felt the blinding pain. Its strength and power was all in vain. The Lion looked down and saw That the pretty Rose stuck a thorn in its paw. Now, that Rose's reign is long It is forever growing strong.
