Those voices you hear The ones that are really real Those voices that tell you you aren't good enough They soon become the little voice in your head That voice that says you will never be good enough That voice comes from the outside and slowly migrates within Grows bigger with each failure Starts as a village Then a town Then a city A city of self doubt A city built with insecurities Insecurities society has planted We are only but a seed A seed being fed negativity A seed fed with negativity can never reach the sky
