Growth
I watched you ball me up like a piece of paper and discard me as if I were disposable
Boy did that hurt my inner core
Many nights of tears wondering why I’m so unlovable
leave it up to you, I’m just another whore
So I vow to not allow the next man to dump in me a bed of lies
see you hyped my inner mind
gassing me to feel the deeper crevice in between my thighs
once all was felt
peace sign went up and just like that you dipped
asking spirit why were these the cards I was dealt
spirit replied “ child you’re all mine”
“the love you are seeking is right in front of you”
“You’ll find it if you just take a look inside”
“ I created you child, please know that I am the divine”
“The enemy will try to tear you down and keep you stagnant “
“Ascend my child, don’t let this hinder you”
“All of my children have to go through something in order to build them”
“Release release release as this is not an entrapment”
“ I need you to be whom I created to you to be”
You know what you’re right father
I apologize for not seeing the inner beauty within all along
No longer will I give man the satisfaction to even bother
Not any need for revenge
because every dog has its day
enjoy your lovely binge
as you know all things must come to an end
I’m a child of God
and boy oh boy my god does not play
this was everything I needed
thank you for everything I now know
Everyday I step closer into my divine feminine
I am so lovable
This is what you call growth.
