Growth.

I was once a caterpillar Trapped in my cacoon It was time for me to break free But I didn't budge My wings were stagnant My song was silenced Deep down you can hear my inner crying It took longer than the average to let myself free But change is essential In this life that we lead - QueenLEFT

QueenLEFT

“Queen Left is changing the music scene with her authentic flow and New York tinged vocals intertwined with raw spirituality. A spiritual consciousness that leads the listener on just as much a spiritual journey as an odyssey through the perils and triumphs of Black consciousness. With every verse that Queen utters you hear a progression in content that reveals a perfect mix of deviants and respect for her craft. Standing just 5’1 coming out of Rochester NY, “ Black Alice” is an art manifesto continuesly creating new Queendoms to rule and she ask nothing of her loyal subjects but an open mind and to respect her limitless reign.”
