Growth

i see A New year forming and i anXiously find myself lookIng back on two thousand sixtEen seeing where i mighT trY to grow.

iT seems as if we oveRestImatE how much our minDs can handle,

I Took on too much ignoRing the negatIvE effects it haD on me.

going tHrough Awful places I neveR imagineD i could havE eveR been.

this year my anxiety does not gain rule over me.

it's time to have my reign back

anxiety tried, i tried harder
