Growth

Dear Past Me,

You used your words like no other.

You took your pain and turned it into art.

You took your pain and used it as growth.

Your love for the paper and pen became stronger.

The more you wrote, the better you felt.

The more you wrote, the more you learned about who you truly are.

The more you wrote, the easier things became to deal with and let go.

The power of poetry changed your life.

You have grown so much since then.

Thank you for the gift that not everyone possess.

Thank you for the gift that gave my life a new begin.
