Guardian
Everything I have, I will freely give
Not because it is my duty
But because you are my love
Your body I will protect
Your soul I will worship
Your heart I will cherish
Everything I have, I will freely give
Not because you are my charge
But because if you were to ever stop breathing
I would surely cease to exist
Everything I have, I will freely give
Everything you own, I will protect to my last breath
And should you ever love another
I would gladly give my life for them
Not out of spite, but because
I cherish your happiness above all else.
I am your Guardian
You are my charge
If you wish me to leave
Then I will go
If you wish me to stay
Then I shall never leave your side
I am your Guardian
And you are my charge.
