Guardian Angel

My one and only guardian angel

You protect me from danger and myself

Your presence is evidence of oneself

Every movement elegant and graceful

Strong and protective as an Archangel

The beautiful one assigned to oneself

You and I are friends for the sake of self

Without my heart, my soul would be mangled

You have now made me fearless and braver

Abyss just a memory now, faded

I am free of my past no longer cuffed

With this light shown I shall never waiver

My dear angel I have not degraded

Unlike You, I myself have remained roughed
