Guidance
Lost in the dark woods
Stumbling through the leaves.
Trying to find a familiar face
My heart begins to race.
Night was beginning to break
And I was scared and alone.
Then a pretty old woman
Touched my hand and helped me home.
You may not see them
But I feel them standing there.
They guide in my heart
And they’re in every single prayer.
Angels come from up above
To show us support and love.
They never judge or laugh at us
But simply protect and guide us.
Every one of us has an angel
To calm our every fear.
But listen closely to what they say
They just might be showing you the way.
