To guide you home

Alone at last, as I longed to be. No more thoughts or attention overwhelming me. Extra stress relieved. I said that I loved you, but I take that back. Now I know, I wasn't ready for that. I won't hurt you love, at least not after this. Who knew that kiss would be the last? So unjust.. You get no say in the matter, because I am afraid. Now I sleep on depression, this is the bed that I've made. Alone at last, as I longed to be. I'm happier here, no expectations for me. You still have my heart and I love you dear, but I cannot stay. Please Dont shed a tear.
