Guilt a motivation

Psalm 139:8

“When I make my bed in hell, You are there”.

It is not someone else

who makes my bed look tidy.

It is not someone else

who chooses where I sleep.

It is not someone else

who motivates my lying.

It is not someone else

who’s making me a creep.

It is not someone else

who makes stupid choices.

It is not someone else

who directs my will.

It is not someone else

who muffles truth with poison.

It is not someone else

who swallows bitter pills.

I can be someone else

if for that I hunger.

I can be someone else

if I give my life away.

I can be someone else

one who will be stronger.

I can be someone else

if I accept Christ to-day.
