Guilty Pleasure

When your gone
its like my world stops.
when your gone
my head spins in loops.
when your gone
my heart feels hollow.
but only when your gone.

When you’re here
my world becomes suddenly so much brighter.
when youre here
my head finally begins to fly.
when youre here
my heart feels complete.
but only when you’re here.

When im here
your world remains the same.
when im here
your head fills with burden.
when im here
your heart shows no love.
but only when im here.

When im gone
your world becomes fun.
when im gone
your head is finally clear.
when im gone
your heart holds true to that which you care for.
but only when im gone.

Im standing here now.
missing from you.
only your eyes, show me the truth.
im not what you want.
im not what you need.
just a guilty pleasure.
but a pleasure indeed.
