Guitar

to all the people who

have ever said they

wanted to learn guitar

and never did:

what were you thinking?

anyone who picks up

a simple six string

at guitar center

can play a G, D and an E, don’t

feel special if you can play all

this and an A.

to all the people who lied that

they played guitar:

i see right through.

you think almost seven years of

guitar would pay off somehow

pinkie finger goes here,

you messed up the G and B string.

to all the people aspiring

to learn guitar:

i applaud you.

don’t give up and

try your hardest

but don’t buy an

expensive guitar to start

because that’s bad luck.

to all the people who

know four chords on the

guitar and boast that

they know everything;

get a life or be humble.

we’re sitting here watching you

play taylor swift and country roads,

nobody is really paying attention.

to all the people who can’t play

guitar somehow:

always be connected with

music. wether mental or

physical.
