Guitar Song

I hear a strum, a thrum, a twang, In the pluck of the next chord and strain. Its melody floats on the air, Singing its song for all to hear. Sure and sweet Gliding in the breeze, Passing its rhyme Through the generations. Inspiring summer love. A crowd’s infatuation. Hearts are captured, broken, Avenged and mended. Line by line, The six-string strums, Melodies dancing around, Stanzas singing into the wind.
